We have purchased two different kitchens from Kitchens of Los Gatos. First for our 1300 sq foot home, then for our 2400 square foot home. To this day, our beautiful kitchen is the first thing that any visitor comments on in our house. We love it and have enjoyed it so much.

We entertain guests a lot and the kitchen has been perfect for that. Working with Roya was so easy as she takes her time working with you to find out exactly how you utilize your kitchen, and then designs the layout based on what works best for you. She is patience, calm and diligent. The quality of the cabinets are great and we’re still happy with our selection. If we sell our home and need another kitchen, we will definitely go back to Kitchens of Los Gatos!

My kitchen savior – We had been lied to and swindled by Kitchen Express in Aptos. Roya, owner of Kitchens of Los Gatos came to our rescue.  She improved our design and gave us a great price for beautiful Bertch cherry wood cabinets and Argo Green Zodiaq counter tops. Kitchens of Los Gatos provides excellent designs and customer service. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to build or remodel a kitchen.

We found Kitchens of Los Gatos after first working with a designer that wasn’t listening to what we wanted.  I then started looking around, without much success, until I stepped into Kitchens of Los Gatos.  There I found two wonderful people, Roya and her daughter, Melody.  They truly listened to what we wanted, made great recommendations and produced an outstanding design plan, meeting our needs and input.  They helped us every step of the process.

Melody was also a great help with color, granite, flooring and lighting selection for the kitchen as well as for other rooms involved in our remodel.We  had problems with the original contractor that we were planning on working with, so Roya recommended we speak with Rano Perizzo of North Current Builders.  This turned out to be a great recommendation!

We had been wanting to replace our countertops for years, but I never saw anything in passing that caught my eye.  Last summer I decided to take the time to really search for the right color/material match, and wandered into Kitchens of Los Gatos.  I was invited to look at my leisure, and when I found a few samples, Melody priced and discussed them with me.  We finally chose Caesarstone Organic White (though dallied with glass for part of it) after I took home a sample.  I brought in a drawing, Melody spotted a flaw, I remeasured and brought in another drawing, Melody faxed the fabricators, and within a few days I had my quote.  After accepting a contractor quote for the prep, plumbing and backsplash work, we were on our way.  Roya took over from a honeymooning Melody in a seamless transition, and liaised with the contractor and fabricators, always keeping in touch with me about what was happening.  We had one glitch, but Roya promptly rescheduled another visit from the fabricators, and again at the end, arranged for them to come out just for one tiny fix; she said she wanted us to be perfectly happy with the end result.  And we are!  The fabricators themselves were always prompt and courteous, and it was never anything but a real pleasure working with both Melody and Roya.

After first visiting 3 other cabinet businesses we found Roya Navid, owner of Kitchens of Los Gatos.  What a difference from the other cabinet companies.  Roya is extremely knowledgeable and offers great designer input.  We were never rushed and Roya is one of those people who finds ways to make things work rather than telling you why it won’t work.   Her cabinets are very affordable and you cannot beat her customer service and attitude.

We described in general what we liked and didn’t like.  She started walking around her showroom and picked out cabinet designs and colors that matched exactly what we wanted.  It was just a great experience.  Do not purchase cabinets without first checking out  Kitchens of Los Gatos.

She gave us great service and design assistance leading up to placing the order. In addition when we had a few field installation issues she was right on top of the situation and personally made sure that we were completely satisfied.

Roya Navid, the owner of Kitchens of Los Gatos is a fantastic kitchen designer.  She can plan out an intricate kitchen reconstruction or a simpler remodel. I found she was extremely knowledgeable about the cabinet lines she carries and has a fine vision of the possibilities for your space.
I was definitely trying to work within a budget and not get carried away with extravagant options.  Roya totally understood this and we were able to create the look I wanted with a more moderate  priced cabinet manufacturer. The project from her end went flawlessly.  She worked very well with my exceptional contractor, Rano Perrizo, of North Current Builders and together they created  a warm, wonderful kitchen that I am so pleased with.
